Andrew Redstone has been named as the new sales director for Kerry Foods Direct to Store, replacing Paul Stubbins who stepped down in March.

Redstone has worked at Kerry Foods for six years in sales and logistics roles - most recently as logistics controller. Prior to Kerry Foods, he worked in a sales role for United Biscuits.

Redstone's sales experience and knowledge of the company put him in the perfect position to build on the company's success, said managing director Michael Bassett.

"My background has given me extensive experience in sales and logistics, which will be vital as we strive to increase customer satisfaction," added Redstone. "I'm already meeting customers and ensuring we continue to set new benchmarks in the industry in terms of availability and product choice."

Redstone and Stubbins are currently working together during a handover period, after which Stubbins will take up a new position outside the industry.
