Does the company offer any unusual benefits? Dental! We are an American company, so good teeth are essential. This, on top of car allowance, wine and spirit allowance, gym membership, healthcare, annual bonus and pension plans, means the overall package is very strong.

If the company were a car what would it be and why? A Maybach 62 ultra luxury sedan, a reliable family car. We are a very reliable and trusted company, and as the Brown family still own the majority of our voting shares, Brown-Forman feels like a family-run business.
What's the training like and what qualifications can I earn? On top of our online 'Brand Building University' you can request funding for any courses offered in the UK. Everyone in marketing has done CIM diplomas and/or CIM post-grad, we take advantage of lots of Ashridge courses, plus, if you wish to do an MBA, you can easily request that.
What's your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? I have the pleasure of looking after the developing brands portfolio, so each week brings a new accomplishment or record broken.
Are you looking for any people right now? We have a two-year graduate training scheme, so every two years we select candidates to join our team. So far 100% of them have stayed.
