What’s the training like and what qualifications can I earn? Wine and Spirit Educational Trust courses are available at all levels, and we offer bespoke management and sales training from Rightrack.

Has the company won any awards or been recognised in the last few years as an employer? We have set a new Guinness world record for the sale of the most valuable bottle of white wine in the world an 1811 Chateau d’Yquem, which sold for £75,000.

What has been your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? Adapting quickly to the immense growth the company has experienced, which has led us to move to our wonderful new offices in fashionable Marylebone.

Are you looking for any people right now? We are always looking for charismatic, skilled sales people who have a genuine interest in wine. We are expanding our office in Hong Kong, so we are looking for highly qualified, experienced staff members to join the team there.

What tips would you offer job seekers? My tip would be to learn to prioritise and multitask. As we are a small company and expanding constantly, it is always busy! You would also need a genuine interest in fine wine. A friendly professional demeanour is crucial, as is an ability to manage top-tier clientele so make sure you hone your social skills. Finally, obtain formal qualifications to bolster experience and work hard!
