Pilgrims Choice is set to take a bite out of the convenience market with a range of cheese snacking products.
Pilgrims Choice Minis, Pilgrims Choice Snack Pack and Pilgrims Choice Vintage Extra Mature in sliced and grated formats aim to reinvigorate the brand among loyal consumers and introduce its most popular flavours to a younger audience.
Pilgrims Choice Minis come in Mature and Vintage Extra Mature 20g Cheddar rounds, in a
net (rsp: £1.29 and £1.39 respectively), while Pilgrims Choice Snack Pack is a combination of 40g mature Cheddar chunks with melba toast and tomato chutney (rsp: £1.99). Vintage Extra Mature in sliced and grated formats has an rsp of £1.99 per 200g pack.
“More and more people are looking for convenient food options - and Cheddar is no exception,” said Mike Davies, MD of North Downs Dairy. “There is massive potential for our new options among those new to the brand: adults and families on the go, open to tasty, nutritious snacks in ready-to-use formats.”
