Who are your store’s main suppliers? We use Spar and we’ve also got more than 50 small suppliers.

How often do you get new products in? We get them in very regularly - sometimes on a weekly basis.

What new products have you recently started stocking and why? We’ve started stocking beers from Crate Brewery (a brewery based locally) and houmous from a new small specialist supplier called Saz Foods. And that’s just this week.

How do you find out about new products? We are constantly on the lookout for new and exciting products, and we keep our eyes open for new emerging suppliers. It’s what we are known for.

Is there one product that is selling particularly well at the moment? We have just launched our Eat 17 Onion Jam, which sits alongside the rest of our Eat 17 range, which includes Bacon Jam and Chilli Bacon Jam. It has also just been launched into all Waitrose stores with the rest of our range and is off to an absolutely flying start!

Is any particular product selling badly at the moment? Not really. We regularly check our products and cut as appropriate.

Have you delisted any products recently? No - fortunately not.

Are there any new products you’ve got your eye on at the moment? There isn’t anything in particular, but being a small business gives us the flexibility to act quickly on buying in products that we like.
