A meal concept that allows consumers to cook healthy food quickly from scratch has landed listings with 50 Sainsbury's stores.

Alex Neves and Phil Pinnell first launched Scratch meals designed to be cooked at home in just 15 minutes at East London's Whitecross Street Market in 2009.

New recipes in selected Sainsbury's stores, developed by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux, include Moroccan chicken tagine, chicken & chorizo Jambalaya and lamb Provencal. The meals will be sold for £4.99.
