Food safety compliance specialist Kelsius has launched a web-based system to wirelessly monitor food temperatures during food delivery preparation and holding.
Called ‘FoodCheck’, it also manages cleaning rotas, staff schedules and waste management.
All records are stored online and can be accessed via the web.
“We have been very pleased with the response to FoodCheck,” said Kelsius sales director Paddy Hearty. “We hope to implement trials with a number of UK customers in the coming weeks.”
