Matthew Walker has tied up with Thorntons to launch two new indulgent toffee puddings.
The sponge pudding specialist is producing under licence a 350g Thorntons Toffee Soft Centre Pudding and a Thorntons Toffee Christmas Pudding - a fruited pudding laced with sherry and brandy and covered with Thorntons toffee sauce.
Both puddings can be boiled, steamed or cooked in the microwave.
They will retail at £3.25 in Thorntons’ shops and roll out to the multiples over the autumn.
