Ultimate Sports Nutrition [USN] has launched three added-protein desserts.
The sugar-free Protein Mousse range, available from Superdrug and independent health food stores now, comprises peach & mango, café latte and strawberry & white chocolate flavours that come in tubs containing 16 servings (rsp: £26.99).
Each serving contained 15g of “high quality” dairy protein, making the desserts ideal as a snack or post-workout, said MD Jason Oakley.
“The range is rich, thick and creamy with a low fat content and has all the great taste of a naughty treat but without any sucrose,” he added.
The desserts were also high in calcium and phosphorus which contributed to a “normal energy-yielding metabolism”, added Oakley.
Targeted at women and men who want to achieve their ideal weight, the desserts are part of USN’s The Body Makeover range.
