Soupologie has added a ‘soup-to-go’ range with separate toppings to its free-from portfolio.
Rolling out this week and aimed at soup lovers looking for a “nutritious meal on-the-go”, the range is free from lactose, gluten, glucose syrup, corn flour and added sugar and comes in 400gm pots with a 10g toppings sachet (rsp: £3.30).
The five-strong range, rolling out this week, comprises spirulina greens with pumpkin seed sprinkles, beetroot & pomegranate with chia seed sprinkles, spinach, kale & garlic with hemp seed heart sprinkles, curried sweet potato, coconut & raw cacao with toasted coconut flake sprinkles and cauliflower, kale & black garlic with sunflower seed sprinkles. It is available from Ocado, Whole Foods Market, Holland & Barrett and Planet Organic.
The recipes, which can be served chilled or hot, were based on ingredients chosen for their nutritional content, said the business.
