Hancocks has acquired Birmingham-based confectionery supplier JTS International.
The deal will increase Hancocks’ turnover by £20m to £140m and enhance its direct distribution arm, World of Sweets, which supplies companies such as Vue Cinema and Moto Services as well as retailers, said Hancocks.
“World of Sweets has a number of exclusive products and JTS brings many more with it,” said CEO Mark Watson.
