Wincanton has won a long-term contract with LDH, a leading UK supplier of ambient own- label products.
As a result, Wincanton will now provide LDH with warehousing and storage services across a number of locations in the South East of England.
The new LDH contract will see Wincanton handle 10,000 shipping containers and more than 200,000 tonnes of products each year, the majority of which will be unloaded by hand by Wincanton staff.
“This new contract win is a testament to the effectiveness of our supply chain solutions and to the leading service we can offer UK businesses,” said Wincanton MD for consumer and retail Liam McElroy.
