Aimia Foods has launched a new juice drink it claims will help provide education for South African children.

Juice Splash, which is made from 60% fruit juice, will form part of Aimia’s existing Outspan range.

Available in apple and blackcurrant, and orange and grape flavours, Aimia says the drinks are ‘school compliant.’ They do not contain any artificial colours, preservatives, flavourings or sweeteners.

“With every Outspan drink sold, Aimia makes a donation to support the education of under-privileged children in South Africa,” said Aimia category marketing director Neal Haworth.

Juice Splash is being targeted at independent retailers and schools. It is available in cases of 24, which can then be sold as a 24-pack, in four-packs or as individual units (rsp: 49p).

The drink has a nine-month shelf-life.
