The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company is looking to move beyond gifting with the launch of a meat and fish rub.

Captain Cat’s Môr seasoning - a mix of laverbread, salt, smoked paprika and dried lemon peel - is targeted at foodies and launches at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair this week

The company, which runs foodservice business Cafe Môr, produces a range of seafood-inspired retail products, including Welshman’s Caviar and Ship’s Biscuits crackers.
