Malaysian Musang King Durian fruit is now available to buy in the UK for the first time.

Retailer Loon Fung’s stores will stock the fruit in vacuum across the country. It is available for £19.99 per box of one fruit and is currently on offer at two boxes for £30.

The famously pungent Durian has a sweet-flavoured flesh, reminiscent of custard and can be eaten on its own or used as a flavouring.

The fruit is being supplied by Malaysian producer Foods Wise.
