All the products are infused with tea tree and sunflower

Tresemmé has launched what it claims is the first beauty-based hair product range that cares for both the scalp and hair.

Tresemmé Renewal Hair & Scalp, rolling out now, comprises shampoo, conditioner, a deep conditioning mask, tonic lotion and an intense treatment (rsp: £4.99 for a shampoo to £5.50 for a treatment).

All products are infused with tea tree extract and sunflower seed oil to help “repair and nourish the scalp”.

“The scalp has been focused on by non-beauty focused brands, but Tresemmé is the first to provide a ’beauty solution’ to scalp issues,” said brand manager Melissa Adams. Unilever is supporting the launch with a £2m campaign.
