Premium jam maker Wilkin & Sons has launched its first ice cream, made with fruit that is usually used in its Tiptree branded conserves.
The line-up comprises Little Scarlet Strawberry Conserve, Tawny Orange Marmalade and Lemon Curd flavours, available in Waitrose and independent stores now (rsp: £4.99 for 500ml).
"It's a new venture for Tiptree and an opportunity for customers to enjoy the full flavour of our Little Scarlet, Lemon Curd and Tawny Orange conserves while enjoying a creamy dessert," said joint managing director Ian Thurgood.
