As if Philip Clarke doesn’t have enough problems, Tesco has been nominated for a Bad Grammar Award! The Idler Academy has compiled its annual shortlist of cock-ups from companies and institutions that “should know better”.

Tesco’s crimes? Its own-label toilet paper, which, thanks to an eco-friendly packaging tweak, proudly proclaims ‘Same Luxury: Less Lorries’ (it should be fewer, of course), while an own-label orange juice is described - appallingly - as the ‘most tastiest’.
