What was your first-ever job? A part-time role at my local supermarket, when I was 15.

What’s been your worst job interview? It was for the supermarket job! I was really nervous - my mind went blank. Luckily the interviewer understood that I didn’t have any experience yet.

What was the first music single you bought? Take That’s Back for Good.

How do you describe your job to your mates? I tell them we make products from goats’ milk. This is always immediately followed by them excitedly asking if I milk the goats - which I don’t!

What is the most rewarding part of your job? I feel very proud when customers contact us to tell us how much they love our products.

What is the least rewarding part? I can’t think of a thing. Every small task is important in its own way, as it contributes to creating products that are the highest quality.

What is your motto in life? ‘Being brave isn’t the absence of fear. Being brave is having that fear but finding a way through it’ - Bear Grylls.

If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be? I would love to have a goat next to my desk at all times, though I’d end up spending all of my time cuddling it!

Do you have any phobias? I love all animals, even insects….but I can’t cope with spiders!

If you could change one thing in grocery, what would it be? I think food waste from both supermarkets and homes is an issue that needs to be sorted out. More needs to be done on a bigger scale.

What luxury would you have on a desert island? Unlimited chocolate - and a fridge!

What animal most reflects your personality? One of my friends likes to tell me that I’m just like a quokka because I’m small, cute and always smiling.

What’s your favourite film and why? The Road. I like hard-hitting films.

What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? In an English lesson at school we had to read out a poem. I chose one about cats, and for some reason decided to perform it dressed as a cat, prowling around the classroom. It still makes me cringe!

Which celebrity would you most like to work with? I can’t get enough of Louis Theroux’s documentaries, so I would love to be in one of them.
