Outsourcing solutions provider Ceuta Group has appointed former SHS MD Peter Butler as vice president of grocery.
Ceuta Group provides marketing, logistics and sales solutions for the health, beauty and fmcg food and drink industry.
In his new role, Butler will be responsible for integrating, leading and developing Ceuta’s food, household and drinks business.
The grocery arm of the business, Go2Grocery, will also be supported and developed by Butler. The role includes a place on the board of Ceuta Holdings and in the Ceuta Holdings integration team.
Butler WAS divisional MD of drinks and GB sales and marketing at SHS before he left the business in February. He had been with the company for eight years.
“I left SHS very quietly, it was almost like I was going on sabbatical.” said Butler.
“I was happy to move on and my departure was very positive so I’m looking forward to the next challenge.”
Recently, private equity firm Juggernaut Capital Partners joined the Ceuta Group as an investment partner. The company aims to expand globally in the business outsourcing and market expansion industry.
