What's it like to work for your company? Well I am obviously biased as I set it up, but I think it is a young, dynamic company with a unique product offering.

Why is it a good employer? We have a flexible approach and the team shares a common passion for nutrition and kids' health.

What's the best thing about working there? Early finishes on Fridays!

Does the company offer any unusual benefits? Free dieting and nutrition advice!

How does the company differ from rivals? Luckily, we have few competitors in our area as we offer a unique service.

Is there a definable company culture? Each member is listened to and everyone has an input into the development of the company.

If the company were a car what would it be and why? Fiat 500 small, compact yet a powerful message.

What's the training like? All employees are put through the City and Guilds, level 2 'Nutrition and health of school-aged children' as this is something we developed in house and it allows all members of staff to have more knowledge about our PhunkyFoods programme for schools.

Has the company won any awards? We won an award for excellence from BITC in the Power in Partnership category for PhunkyFoods. We are also an official vehicle for the government's Change4Life programme.

What's your proudest achievement over the past 12 months? Attending Prince Charles' garden party last summer when we won the BITC award.

What is the most important or challenging HR issue that you are dealing with? My nutritional director is just about to have her second child so we are arranging adequate cover for her.

Are you looking for any people right now? No, at the moment we are fully staffed.

How does one go about applying for a job? As we offer a freelance database of nutritionists, any registered nutritionist can join our network. This then offers our clients a vast skills base to ensure the right person for the right job.

What tips would you offer jobseekers? As we have a lot of nutritional students trying to gain work experience at our organisation and break into the nutrition field, we would advise jobseekers to get as much experience as possible in all areas of nutrition.

How do I find out more about the company? http://www.purelynutrition.com or www.phunkyfoods.com.

Are you, or is the company, working on anything exciting right now that you can tell us about? We are continuing our nationwide rollout of our PhunkyFoods programme for schools, which now covers 740 primary schools comprising more than 200,000 children throughout the UK; and we are continuing our efforts to secure ongoing governmental support.
