My partner is a Morrisons employee. She is old school in that she works hard because she cares. She is in her forties. Sadly she receives no support from her immediate or extended management. They either dont care or are too stupid to appreciate good workers. This really is a shame as it has the effect of creating a culture where genuine hard workers are less appreciated than mouthy shirkers. I would love to hear from some decent morrisons management staff on this subject, but doubt that they exist.
