Associated British Foods has sold its Allied Glass Containers business to management for an undisclosed sum.
ABF whose brands include Twinings tea and Ovaltine milk drink, said the business had sales of £58m and net assets of £42m as of September 14.
ABF said private equity firm Close Brothers had supported the MBO.
