Expert's verdict:5/10 ?The chocolate tasted okay but it's one for the girls. It's very gooey and melts in the mouth, which may appeal to some, but wasn't really to my taste. It's quite a high price point for what you get and the packaging doesn't really strike me as being indulgent or premium. It was very rich, and I didn't want to eat more than a couple of pieces, so it would probably last a while. I can't see men buying this but it did appeal to some of the girls in the office. Nigel Ashton, category controller, Nisa-Today's Consumer's verdict:5/10 ?Priced at £1.39 for 100g it's clear Nestle is pitching Heaven against other luxury brands such as Green & Blacks and Lindt, but for me it comes up short. There's a nice cocoa aroma and the initial hit of the Swiss chocolate is divine but it's replaced by the bitter taste of the truffle layer, which spoils the experience. The dark truffle bar combines spicy, dark chocolate with a flavoursome truffle aftertaste. I don't buy truffles so I wouldn't buy this chocolate again. While I mostly enjoyed the experience, I'm going back to Green & Blacks on my next trip to the chocolate shop. Steve Green, PR director, Cornwall A year down the line...
