Goats milk ice cream could get a UK boost, after distributor Belfield signed a deal to distribute Bally Bleat goats milk ice cream in mainland UK.

The range which comes in vanilla and blueberry swirl flavours was developed by Northern Irish ice cream maker Mullins, and is targeted at consumers who cannot or do not want to eat cows milk, specifically children.

Bally Bleat is available in Tesco stores in Northern Ireland and some Waitrose stores on the mainland. Mullins hopes the deal will increase distribution.
