Good news for fans of that coffee you can buy that’s been pooped out by a civet: gin infused with elephant dung.
The South African creators of Indlovu Gin are working on the notion that elephants enjoy a varied diet but digest less than a third of their food. So another way of looking at it is that really the gin is made with sterilised, dried botanicals, trunk-selected by picky pachyderms. In that case… bottoms up!
