The range, which includes two cheeses, bacon, honey roast ham and turkey, would offer retailers 30% profit on return, said director of retail sales Steve Fox. Chilled ranges were important to convenience stores and consumers were accustomed to buying own-label, he added.

The latest additions bring the range's SKUs to 50. Last month, Booker revealed Euro Shopper was racking up sales of £1m a week for the first time and was bought by more than 29,000 customers weekly.
