Booker has launched a guide to help publicans with their food offer.

The All About Food guide includes Mexican and vegetarian dishes, and details the cost price of each dish as well as suggested selling prices. It also includes a menu that can be created using just a fryer, oven and microwave for pubs not currently offering food.

“It is really important for pubs to get their food offer right,” said Booker sales director for catering Stuart Hyslop.
