An exciting array of new, indulgent and on-trend products are set to battle it out for this year’s Chefs’ Choice Awards.
Among the 101 finalists in this celebration of the highest standards of foodservice are Belgian waffles, lobster sauce, quinoa & turtle bean salad and nduja spicy pork spreadable paste.
The products are supplied by some of the UK’s biggest wholesalers such as Booker, Brakes and Bidfood, as well as a range of specialist producers, and span 17 categories.
The Chefs’ Choice Awards first launched three years ago to recognise the best suppliers and product manufacturers in foodservice, including own-label and branded suppliers.
A judging panel of development chefs, food technologists, nutritionists and food journalists whittled down the entrants over the course of two days earlier this month.
