Dairy giant Arla Foods has restructured its marketing department into six teams.

Danny Micklethwaite becomes head of the ‘ideation’ team, which pioneers product development. He was previously business unit controller for yogurts and desserts.

Marcus Farthing, business unit controller of butters, spreads and margarines, is now head of the brand management team. Claire Huntington, business unit controller of milk and cream, heads the retailer brand management team.

Andrew Spence, business unit controller for cheese, leads the product management team.

Customer marketing controller Helen Dargue is head of the category development team.

Mike Buckley, milk and cream general manager, is head of the customer marketing team.
