J Sainsbury Developments has entered into an agreement with B&Q for the redevelopment of Solartron Works site, Farnborough. B&Q will relocate its store in Solartron Road to a new development on the site, subject to permission. Sainsbury will retain the freehold with B&Q taking a lease. Sainsbury is being represented by SJ Berwin.
