Sir; May I pay tribute to my local store, the Asda, at Brighton Marina? I've lived in several big UK towns and sampled the service at all the major multiples. But I have to say that the staff at the marina are easily the best I have ever come across. As well as being refreshingly courteous, they set standards which far exceed anything I have ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and there's always a smile. Is this, I wonder, part of the Wal-Mart influence, or are Sussex folk naturally good-hearted? B Stephenson Hove {{LETTERS }}
