Tesco-owned Dobbies Garden Centre has made changes to its board to "align the company with the Tesco group structure" following the change in registration from plc to limited company this month.
Kevin Grace, Tesco UK property director, has been appointed non-executive chairman while Tesco finance director Mike Iddon has become a non-executive director. They join Dobbies' CEO James Barnes and FD Sharon Brown on the board. Current non-exec directors Lucy Neville-Rolfe, Richard Brasher and Steve Rigby, will leave their roles this month.
