Marks and Spencer is continuing to extend its grocery offer with the chain, which has long relied on its food aisles to pull in shoppers, adding more than 50 new products to its repertoire. These include additions to M&S's healthy-eating Count On Us range, which has just celebrated its second birthday. A new range, Make A Meal, goes on shelf later this month. Eight protein' main meals, including Moroccan Lamb and Chicken & Caramelised Pepper, are completed by adding a carbohydrate' option such as Basil Mash or Wild Rice from a choice of seven accompanying extras. Highlights in the Count On Us range are Hawaiian Prawn Creole & Rice (£3.99), which contains just 0.7g of fat and 300 calories, Sweet Chilli Chicken & Ginger Noodle Bowl (£2.99, 3g fat, 300 calories), and Prawn & Mushroom Provençale (£2.99, 8.4g fat, 370 calories). Weight-conscious lads' are also catered for, said a spokeswoman, with Chicken Dhansak (£2.99, 0.5g fat, 318 calories) and Mexican-inspired Chicken Enchiladas (£2.69, 2.8g fat, 318 calories). New desserts under the Count On Us banner include Tiramisu (79p, 2.6g fat, 140 calories) and Peach Zabaglione (£1.29, 2.9g fat, 150 calories). {{P&P }}
