GlaxoSmithKline is continuing the push behind its hayfever and allergy portfolio with a national press and poster campaign for Flixonase Allergy Nasal Spray.

Breaking next week, the £1.35m package is the latest slice of the £4.65m that it has pledged to put behind the category this year.

The support behind Flixonase, which was downgraded to an over-the-counter pharmaceutical product for the first time last year, will centre on key newspaper titles including the Daily Mail, Daily Express and The Times. Six-
sheet bus stop posters are also scheduled at sites near to pharmacies, including those in supermarkets, as the allergy reliever is still not available on general sale.

Three new creatives - Dog, Grass and Flower (pictured) - will feature in the newspaper and poster ads.New point of sale material is also being made available to retailers.

A 60 spray pack of Flixonase (rsp: £6.79) provides sufferers with up to 15 days’ treatment.
