Motorway service station operator Moto has named Sir Gerry Robinson as chairman. His appointment follows last week's sale of the group by its owners, Compass Group's travel concessions arm Select Service Partner, to Australian bank Macquarie.

Kraft Foods has appointed Jeri Finard as executive vice president for global category development, replacing John Baxter. Finard previously led Kraft's North American beverages sector as group vice president and president. In her new role, Finard will be responsible for driving new product growth platforms and leading global category strategies.
