Nisa-Today's is aiming to boost recruitment of retail members with the appointment of sales and development managers Richard Scrimgeour and Philip Howell.
Scrimgeour will be responsible for London and the south-east of England and Howell will handle the south-west and south Wales. Both report to group sales director Andrew Mouse. Once the pair complete their induction, Nisa also plans to redefine the territories of its four existing sales and development managers.
Scrimgeour's previous roles include area manager for T&S Stores' One Stop group and area manager for Allied Domecq. He also worked for Shell for eight years as a training manager and then an area manager. Howell has moved from Londis, where he has been retail development manager for the last four years. Before that he was development team leader and senior merchandiser for the symbol group, working for the company for 12 years.
