The Office of Fair Trading has cleared Premier Foods’ acquisition of Marlow Foods, the manufacturer of meat substitute brand Quorn.
In a statement, the OFT ruled that the completed acquisition did not qualify for investigation under the mergers provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002.
