Sainsbury’s is recalling its own label Biere des Moulins and St Cervois Premium lager over fears that some of the bottles may contain pieces of glass.
The affected products are all best-before dates up to and including 22 September 2013 of Sainsbury’s Biere des Moulins Lager 30 x 25cl and Sainsbury’s St Cervois Premium Lager 8 x 25cl.
Consumers who have bought the beer are warned not to drink it, and Sainsbury’s will give shoppers who return the beers to store a full refund.
No other Sainsbury’s products are known to be affected.
