The Beechdean Group, the UK’s largest farm-based ice cream business, has signed a licensing deal with Nickelodeon to bring SpongeBob SquarePants branded ice cream to the UK for the first time. Made with fresh milk, the 110ml tub comes with a spoon in the lid and is 95% fat-free. The NPD will be supported by a six-figure marketing campaign. Beechdean has reported year-on-year growth of at least 20% over the last six years. Rsp: £1/110ml.

New Forest Oriental Ginger Oriental

New Forest Ice Cream’s latest offering is made with milk from Jersey cows, double cream and real stem ginger - as opposed to crystallised pieces - giving it a smoother, more syrupy taste, claims the company. Containing no eggs, the ice cream is also vegetarian and gluten-free. It comes in 1-litre (rsp: £3.75) and 120ml take-home tubs (rsp: £1.20).

Yoomoo Cherrychocmoo

R&R is adding to its latest acquisition, frozen yoghurt brand Yoomoo, with four flavours - Cherrychocmoo and Verryberrymoo (170ml) and Vanillamoo and Cherrymoo (750ml). The new flavours boast just 3% fat or less and are made with British milk with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Rsp: £1.79 for 170ml, £3.49 for 750ml.

The mini versions of its Fab lollies come in mixed flavour packs of 12 featuring original strawberry & vanilla and apple & blackcurrant, at just 50 calories per lolly.
