Coors Brewers is to run an exclusive offer for independent retailers on its Grolsch bottled lager this summer.
Grolsch will be available in a special four-pack of 300ml bottles price-marked at £3. Coors said the deal is aimed to increase sales by using price-marked packaging to attract new consumers to Grolsch.
Sales director at Coors, Adrian Davey, said that while many people would still use the multiples for big volume multi-pack purchases of beer, consumers rely on independents for “an easy access top-up facility”.
