Anyone aged 30 or under, in any role along the dairy supply chain, can be nominated

The Grocer is on the hunt for UK dairy’s rising stars – to be showcased in The Dairymen 2022.

We want your nominations for the dairy industry’s hottest young talent. They can be anyone aged 30 or under, in any role along the dairy supply chain, from farm to supermarket shelves and everywhere in between.

Whether they process milk, mature cheese or make ice cream, today’s dairy suppliers both large and small face challenges like no other. Brexit, the rise of plant-based, rampant inflation and climate change are just a few of the factors threatening to reshape the industry for decades to come.

Keeping supermarket shelves stocked with yoghurt, butter and the rest can sometimes be a tough job. But it can also be extremely rewarding, as well as essential to the UK economy and millions of shoppers every day of the year.

For it to remain that way for years to come, it will need a constant flow of talented and dedicated business leaders.

The search for the next generation of such people starts now.

So, who will feature among them? We want your nominations for dairy’s rising young stars. Who are they? And how do they show such promise?

Use our simple form to enter a few details about your nominated individual. It can be a colleague, a friend, a relative or even yourself.

We’ll pick the most inspiring stories to be showcased in our industry leading The Dairymen supplement this September.

Deadline for entries is midday on Monday 1 August 2022.
