The upgrade of Scottish delivered wholesaler Filshill’s e-commerce site was executed with intelligence and impressive attention to detail. And the results speak for themselves.

Average order value on the website increased 88% year on year, and 13.4% of online transactions ended in a sale, versus a 3% industry average.

The new app is also delivering. Value sales on the app rose 108% compared with 2020.

The development of Phocas, a new cloud-based insight program, also proved invaluable in supporting customers.

But judges also liked Filshill’s emotional intelligence and its commitment to family business values, whether that’s introducing a new wellbeing team that identified 87 positive mental health interventions to colleagues and suppliers, or sharing the savings from improved miles per gallon with drivers.
