Sainsbury's has claimed another Freedom Food first by switching its entire own-label range of canned cooked ham and pork to meat sourced from Freedom Food farms.
The six-strong range has been redesigned and three new lines Basics ham, Basics pork luncheon meat and Basics pork and ham have been introduced.
The canned hams are made with at least 80% pork leg cuts and the chopped pork and ham over 90%.
The refreshed range hit Sainsbury's shelves last Sunday.
