Whitby Seafoods is to star in the second series of Jimmy Doherty’s Food Unwrapped on C4. The third episode airs on 17 June when he will explore scampi production. Doherty was interested in how wholetail scampi was different from scampi bites, said sales and marketing director Laura Whittle.
