Mark Hughes is RHM's new group procurement and logistics director, replacing Gerry Walsh, who moved to Associated British Foods.
Hughes was previously divisional director for RHM's bread bakeries division, where he was responsible for the wheat to flour supply chain, as well as divisional procurement and group energy procurement.
"RHM's procurement and logistics function has very good foundations," said Hughes, "but there is more we can do to improve it."
