Liz Doherty, Tesco's group international finance director, has been appointed a non-executive director for SABMiller. It said that Doherty's experience in international markets and consumer goods companies would enable her to make a valuable contribution.
Carlisle joins E&J
E&J Gallo Winery has appointed Brian Carlisle as vice president and general manager of its international business unit. Carlisle, who will be based in London, joins E&J from Kraft Foods, where he served as group vice president and president for western Europe.
Lewis for Carlsberg
Carlsberg UK has appointed Chris Lewis as marketing controller for Carlsberg and Innovation, replacing Adam Harris. Lewis joins the company from Weetabix, where he was marketing manager. He also previously worked for Bulmers.
