Princes, the international foods and soft drinks group, has promoted Tim Jolly to chief executive of Princes Food Manufacturing Group. Jolly was previously md of Princes' trading division. His appointment forms part of the final wave of a restructuring programme which began in January. The aim of the reorganisation is to support the plans to double the size of Princes over the next three years through organic growth and acquisition. Trevor Millen also moves from md to chief executive of Princes Soft Drinks Group. John Goodwin becomes chief executive of Princes Foods International Trading Group, which will be formed from combining UK and international trading operations. Goodwin was John West Foods general manager for seafood sales, strategy and development. Princes has created two groups to support Princes Food Manufacturing Group, Princes Soft Drinks Group (UK and Europe) and Princes Food International Trading Group. The two groups are: corporate operations, under chief executive Ken Critchley, and the corporate administration and development group under chief executive Kazuo Ito.
