Kerry Foods is increasing its range of frozen products made under licence from Premier Foods.
Next month it rolls out six Sharwood’s rice dishes in packs containing two 190g rice steamer pouches that can be microwaved in three minutes (rsp: £1.75). And Premier’s Paxo brand makes its debut in the frozen food aisle with packs of 12 sage & onion balls (rsp: £1.50) that can be microwaved or oven-baked. Both launches will be supported with sampling, gondola-end promotions and front-of-store posters.
Kerry, which already makes Bisto and Sharwood’s frozen ready meals, this week said it had a pipeline of NPD for the Sharwood’s, Bisto and Paxo brands.
