Marks and Spencer has exchanged on the agreement for a lease at developer St George's Imperial Wharf project in London. The M&S deal and another for a major hotel are the first transactions at the 32-acre brownfield site by the River Thames next to Chelsea Harbour. A new 18,000 sq ft M&S food store will act as the anchor for the additional 43,000 sq ft of mixed retail and restaurant space to be built at the village-style development ­ one of the largest on the waterfront in London. {{PROPERTY }}
